My Good Vintage

After a disappointing outcome with my macaroons last night, i've spent the last 60 min troubleshooting online! I didn't leave them to set for long enough and need to buy the following: plain piping tip, a metal bowl, medium size sieve, silicone baking sheet, oven temp gauge and keep on trying! They tasted good though, i wanted to do a blue colour but thought a purple would go down better, hard to create though so i added red and got the rich jewel colour i wanted on the inside and a papery pink on the shell.

This morning i saw a very well dressed and seemingly good looking guy on the other side of the street (he looked like he's stepped out of another time, well sort of hopped as he was on crutches and only had one leg)... Work was good, i wore my new TH dress and i felt very summery, i'm  definitely happiest in a dress. I had afternoon tea with two close friends x x we even had scones, although the tea was ice tea with mango. Now i'm resting my tired feet whilst watching a show about Eurovision.
